Draw Process
The Dear Regal Wednesday Weekly Lottery draw is conducted using a mechanical random draw system under the
supervision of judges appointed by the Government of Sikkim. The process is transparent and publicly visible
at the Directorate of Sikkim State Lotteries, Gangtok.
Prize Claim & Payment Rules
- Prizes above ₹10,000 are taxable and paid directly by the Directorate of Sikkim State Lotteries.
- Prizes up to ₹10,000 are paid by authorised retailers or agents.
- Only sold tickets are eligible for winnings.
- If a player wins multiple tickets exceeding ₹10,000 in total, the claim must be submitted to the Directorate.
